Also, giving us $30 million up front would be a SURE SIGN they are satisfied that we are now home on the finance.
There is no way the finance approval is already factored in to the SP nor yet is this $30mill cash.
Closing a binding contract will now be a lot easier and we can expect some very big announcements regarding these in next few months. If as we are told they are now going to concentrate on starting to fill capacity in the NEXT satellite then we can start hearing very similar noises about Jab3 soon.
