I'd be thinking of big contracts in WA similar to ones that use Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and naturally MIL (Newsat have stated this too)

NWT have 5 star MIL rated teleports with full backup.

Anothe plus, I've pointed out elsewhere that the AUD has been very helpful to NWT over the last 6 months, my estimate is a 10% increase in profits from this alone.
