I would have thought that Optus has MORE than two, given that they are running most of the DoD satellite requirements and most of the other sensitive Federal Govt business off the C series birds.
While you're there big G who else provided broadband to the Kimberleys?
Provided or is able to provide and what do you want to qualify as "broadband"? Suggest Optus and IPStar would qualify fo the majority of applications.
