The last financials puts NWT within a breath of being in profit. The company keeps telling and hinting big contracts are in the pipeline and many small or 'sensative contracts are being written. Admitedly few details if any are given, but the claims seem to be backed up when they show up in financials each quarter.

New investors are quite rightly waiting for a substantial contract or all black financials to jump in and take a position.

But timing will be everything.

My understanding is some years ago an offer was made for one of the 2 owned teleports for a reported $40 mil price. Given this was a premium at a time before money markets tightened up - halve it and you still have $20 mil for each of these assets and they have since been upgraded.

This gives a $40 Million asset total - mark this down to be super conservative - say $35 mil. This almost takes care of the current share price alone.

Then they have enough contracts to have an operating positive EBITDA for the last quarter and quarter by quarter growth that seem to indicate a company ready to move strongly into profit on all fronts. When it does this has to have a substantial value going forward. What value? Whatever someone is willing to pay for the business, so it's hard to put a price on.

Also - people keep writing about overlooking the past or refusing to let it go depending on whether they fall into the ramp or pump column. Admitedly mistakes were made and have hopefully been rectified - hopefully. You can only go on research and financials. But the mistakes of the past give NWT over $100 mil tax rightoff on past losses. Not a gold star for past performance - but this is worth something as well. If not to NWT then to someone bigger with an eye for a bargain.

At almost 9 Billion shares(Which is ridiculous) - a conservative estimate of the value of assets and operating financials of the company come in well above the 0.05 cents per share. = $45mil

This seems an attractive takeover proposition. There is a business and 100 mil rightoff waiting to be scooped up all for as little as $45 mil.

At the moment, by my research, shares in NWT are priced at a firesale level.

When something finally gives the potential of this company substance, and it needs to be more than hints and promises of it being on the horrizon, the SP will takeoff quickly and steeply. The end of year financials are keenly awaited!

When NWT turns it may attract more than just the watching investors from the sidelines.
