PTS announcement today states they will own 21 million shares in PTS, not 11 million shares in EI as per the quarterly.
I rang PTS to confirm the 21 million and they did confirm it giving a brief explanation for the increase since hte quarterly.
AT an IPO price of 20c, EI will now be worth just over $4 million on the shares alone to PTS (assuming no drop on the market)...as opposed to $2 million as per previous post. The oppies are exerciseable at 35c so out of the money...but if SP gets there these become valuable (as per WPG!!!)
