hmm isn't William Brindise the sole shareholder of NRB International LLC..? It clearly shows this in the previous DCC announcements (21/1/15). If what you're saying is true bahar then this is not "some US fund" but in fact our own Chief Investment Officer and director adding more shares via CR placement?
