    It has been a massive week since relisting in terms of newsflow , with alot of information released by the company. Some of us may of missed some key points from skimming through the announcements so I have consolidated the last few announcements as a summary in this post.. in an order everyone can hopefully comprehend. Hope it helps current holders and those interested in coming aboard.

    Feel free to discuss and add anything I missed.





    Monetisation Opportunities

    (2 ) Enterprise Strategy ( B2B)-
    Development of technology for enterprise market for higher revenue & margins. Enterprise Opportunities : Especially in Telecom, Video streaming services & App store.

    A) White labelling - Large enterprise (e.g telco) to provide their customer’s access to wangle’s tech as component to their existing service/product

    B) Software development Kit (SDK) – Software developers may integrate Wangle’s tech directly into their apps to significantly improve end user experience. Hardware integration - Significantly increase capacity for data transmission across existing hardware infrastructure.

    C) Retail Hardware – Agreement to build and deploy microchip with "Power Skills". Hardware opens up significant billion dollar market and validates further 3rd party endorsement of the technology.

    Microchip
    -IOT devices to increase data and speed
    -Infrastructure/Equipment manufacturing & Telco market to alleviate pressure on network
    -Broadband devices – Focus and opportunity to have microchip installed in broadband/mobile broadband modems

    -In 2014 over US$330 billion in revenue was generated from the semiconductor market

    -Progressing to hardware implementation extends the capabilities of Wangle from the consumer grade network --ptimisation to the enterprise sector particularly in IOT and equipment manufacturing market

    -Prior to entering into the Agreement, Power Skills conducted a three-month due diligence process, providing further validation of the Wangle technology.

    -Using its network, Power Skills introduces and finalises deals for its partners with strategic players in the relevant markets while increasing their revenues dramatically.

    -Power Skills to project manage and facilitate the design, build and deployment of a prototype of a microchip, which incorporates the Wangle technology, providing the ability to offer enterprises a hardware solution optimising data processing.

    -Hardware solution can be integrated in any device which uses internet for transfer of data ( Mobile phones, PC, Automative, TV, Tablets, Servers, Wireless networks, consoles , medical equipment & other IOT devices)

    -Incorporation of a processor dedicated solely to processing the data, as opposed to sharing the load.

    -Phase one, “Development” of the prototype is expected to commence in April 2016 and expected to take 6-8 months, with the completion of the Chip in 2017, which will bring the microchip to a stage where enterprise partnerships can commence.

    World’s largest undersea cable operator. Wangle technology has potential to extend the life of cables due to ability to decrease amount of data delivered.

    One of the world’s leading app developers. Wangle technology has potential to be white-labelled and incorporated into their apps.

    (1)Degordian
    Full service digital & social media agency specialising in performance based campaigns (LEGO & Dell are some successful examples)

    (2)Ironsource
    World leader in app discovery; unique distribution channels accessing over 800million people per months and facilitating upto 6million installs a day. (Successful results for clients such as Yahoo, google, Disney and Intel)

    Agreement aims to deliver:
    -Higher engaged users
    -Sophisticated analytics
    -Unique distribution channels


    -Wangle Technologies partners with ironSource, a world leader in app discovery (http://www.ironsrc.com/) to provide global app distribution services for Wangle’s revolutionary web optimisation app.
    -IronSource reaches over 800 million people a month and can deliver more than 6 million installs per day across its client base.
    -Partnership expected to result in increased brand awareness and user growth for the Wangle app.
    -Wangle is one of the first utility apps to be available on IronSource’s unique direct supply channels.
    -Reinforces another third party endorsement for Wangle’s technology.
    -One of the largest independent global marketing platforms in the industry, the ironSource platform has delivered over 3.5 billion installs to date through its advanced segmentation and targeting algorithms.
    -As part of the partnership, IronSource will promote the Wangle consumer
    -Strong validation for the Wangle technology from a world leading company that has worked with globally recognised brands including Google, Yahoo!, Unilever and Disney.
    -It’s app discovery platform allows Wangle to be available to millions of people each month
    -As part of this agreement, Wangle has been chosen as one of the first utility apps to be available on unique direct supply channels
