Good balanced post SouthOz. You mention a lack of understanding by Australian which experts have been saying for years. Our Dotcom boom lagged the US and our biotech sector is grossly undervalued in comparison to the US.

But MT has ties to the US and US companies. We have a US listing with no volume and similar low sp. US aren't valuing us either and ISN isn't doing a great job of changing that. And that should be a focus.

Remember MT was handed the technology on a plate. All he has done is anger and disrespect the founders of the technology and make silly public statements that were then retracted on HC as damage control.

He claims they have cut costs with him at the helm. It's true but revenues have fallen by a disproportional amount.

He has botched the exit of the founder. Who knows where the sp could be if that was handled better. Remember everyone including MT blames this selling for the current low sp.

He botched Bergen deal. Although to be fair they are a lender of last resort. We had no other options.

He botched the US listing. No volume.

He botched the Gen1 App. No buyers. $4 price tag, then free trial, then $4 again.

Where are his so called connections? Are they waiting to buyin at 1c? Where is the shareholder value that he is going to unlock? How is he going to do it?

Not sure if share consolidation was the answer.

The only thing MT can take credit for is Qualcomm which is a simple commercial parnership. Qualcomm were never going to turn us away and our money. It is yet to add any value to sp.

He took a huge risk when we shifted from traditional hardware to the software approach. It was a risk worth taking. We were going nowhere. But he burnt bridges (Naom) getting their and stuffed up along the way with Bergen and rights issues not going to plan.

Marketing has been expensive and ineffective judging by costs versus revenue. But I'm impressed with the approach so far in building a brand.

The only plan that was executed on time and as planned was the gen1 app release. But I'd hardly call it a success. It was a nothing app and is 'selling' accordingly.

Even the diehards that defended the app and have subsequently sold, now agree about app1.

Now the consoldation is where diehard supporters disagree. Some agree their is a cr coming but many fail to see it. Don't know how they expect to survive without a cash injection. Where it comes from is irrelevent. It could be Qualcom Venture Capital. But a discount still applies. Dilution still applies.

Even MT stated as reason for the consolidation was to attract new investors. So their really isn't or shouldn't be debate. We are going to raise. And we can't survive 18months without raising. The two are connected.
