IMO the true struggle with any new company / tech is to get the first / flagship project built. The investment of $3-400mil in infrastructure is a huge decision and does take time to iron out, sign the dotted line along with all the complex associated gov. politics.
We are close and we will all know in 1-2 months, make or break. If its a goer and is successful...ECT will be a massive world wide game changer.
The previous post of mine that got moderated, i did note that KOS clarified with me that even though we have a 50% stake in the SPV Vic Coldry through the engineering phase, we 'will not' be committing any money to profeessional fees of Arup.
Still a 'buy' IMO re: risk vs reward, reward has HUGE potential
