With regard to Victoria lignite supply ,if it was up to the GREENS they would cease production and rely on public and government to raise funds for their alternative energy plan.
KOS does not control the political swings, hence delay.
As for the $300,000 it is CHEAP, and ECT are fortunate to have a CEO with as much work ethic as Kos and current management.
UNLIKE some that just want an easy takeover offer, to fill their own pockets rather than advance the company's full potential.
"ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS OR DIVERSIFICATION " you do not achieve this by sitting in an office.
POLAND, VIETNAM ,INDIA ,INDONESIA ,and CHINA.
How many lignite power stations in China, ? PRECIPITATOR SUPPLY, for coldry production for other non lignite power stations.

Coldry will happen in China , simply because black coal prices will keep increasing.
Federal government 30% mining tax has assured price increases.
Victoria will have a surge in industry moving from NSW, and other states simply because lignite is cheap.
NO MINING TAX on lignite???????????????
After reading this your view regarding Kos needs to be reviewed, or maybe you fear him because he is no ones puppet, or a leaky boat.
