I'm trying to keep my enthusiasm in check. I'm sure the significance of the ANN that Archer is working with Global Foundries to develop their 12CQ chip has slipped under the radar of the market. They are trying to blend their quantum material capabilities with silicon chip ease, speed and economy of manufacturing. I also think the market has completely missed the likely time line involved here. As I mentioned in an earlier post, chip development times from conception to full production are usually in the order of months. Months, not years.
I imagine they will use Global Foundries to make some prototypes, (or have they already done this in Sydney or Switzerland??) then choose one for mass production. They must be confident, as Mohammed mentions "potential high-volume manufacturing".
Success in this process would cause the MCAP to explode. It would be a supernova of the stock market, IMO.
