    Why do they need to consolidate? They aren't going tech just yet, just investing in it and that looks like there previous operations so no change in direction

    They just placed $400k so why do they need to place more?

    I'd say a better question is break out when market gets more details around this sports app or further IPO spin outs from Digital4ge?
