Interesting post. Maybe you can expand on the comments you made about MG after you spent some 'quality time' with him.
Please feel free to expand and explain, in particular; "Im very happy to have Matthew running Motopia and what I most liked about him is he wont let any dead wood or disctractions within the company stay put feeding off the companies resources(sic).
- What dead wood or distractions was MG eluding to?
