Another interesting bit of information I found under the heading Finance which works in favour of us the shareholders.
"The actual financial performance from the mConnect acquisition has not met the forecast as provided by the vendors and as a result this may trigger a warranty claim by Motopia against the vendors to offset the price of the acquisition:
