    They did not sell Kentor the Andash project...they sold them the Savoyardy project...and it was a long time ago and because Perseus were focussing on their African projects...question you should be asking is why Persues spun off Manas rather than keeping the Kyrgyz projects in the same company. As above, to focus on their African projects.
