A lot of "to our dear loyal shareholders - longstanding - your company" etc etc wouldn't be surprised if they're setting the ground to pass the collection plate around again ?

Would happily be proven wrong but if they don't pull a deal before end of June & EOFY with a reasonable upfront then it's just a matter of when they make that move - I doubt it will be before then UNLESS they still have some room left in the amount of equity they can issue before it resets in NFY.
