Spot on Jev and I would like to add, having suffered arthritic pain for many years, the persons recruited, if my memory serves me, have to forgo all pain relief medication before the trial and can be unlucky enough to be given a placebo for at least part of the time.If you have chronic, lets say arthritic pain, believe me 2 or 3 days without medication is VERY, very, very "unpleasant" so why would most people put themselves through that window of agony. Summing up dealer 64, that is probably the main reason why and the other reason is human apathy.
