Does anybody know shares bought by Directors prior to AGM, how much and when ?
Genuine question,last financial year and so far this financial year I can only find Dr Cauwenburgh ,he bought 20,000 at 0.o8c a share in October 2014.There may be more, I would appreciate any input.
When you have a large number of shares already as part of your package buying more may seem superfluous.
I am glad he didn't mandate directors buy shares, greed and fear can then be seen more clearly.
