Yes we will be the only enviro FR manufacturer in the US and that means we meet the Berry Act. Currently the FR is produced in Germany and as you say they have had to gain an exemption each year, so thats ggod.
When I said immediate income I meant in the government 'immediate' sense...lol. However the order revenue from the cloth manufacturer (prime contractor) can booked at that time which is more along what I meant.
