Actually the military can pay in lots of ways depending on the structure of the contract. i..e they may direct their uniform supplier to use AJX and do prime vendor themselves. This is what happened to some of their other uniform stuff. Or they may Prime vendor the Cloth supplier, however there are more than one. Or they may Prime vendor AJX (unlikely) who would sub contact the Cloth makers.
Who knows, just lets get it to happen.
