So this provides backing for exploring FR throughout the full military services for uniforms which is brilliant news, but has any financial commitment been approved for any part of the military yet to acquire new FR uniforms and will this funding come though in CY 2017 or will it now need to wait for perhaps CY 2018 where the Appropriations Bill next year could commit for actual acquiring new FR uniforms rather than just exploring.
