I am not sure what he said was wrong in principle. His shot at WM was wrong.

Were H & S paid with CDU script for the JORC?

Were H & S advising WM on the drilling required to include nugget copper?

If they were paid in script they would not have accepted that method of payment for a poor deposit.

Understand with absolute certaintity no one would have a better idea of what is at Rocklands than H & S, they are privy to pretty much everything.

Fosters report was supposedly based on the JORC irrespective of wether they took a worst case scenario. Others also crunched numbers based on the JORC.

Soon we will get an upgraded JORC which should be closer to reality.

This has serious implications.

If being paid for in a currency that a report can have an impact on the value of that currency, is something that needs serious thinking about.
