I have been a Shareholder for in excess of 10 Years .
The SP has risen steadily for the majority of this time but has floundered the last couple of years.
In all this time Pan set Benchmark performances for Safety, Community ,Sustainability with only one small blemish Environmentally .
Gary Stafford has done his job ,I admire him for it and thank him ,but he has continuously been rewarded commensurately.
On the available information Gary wished to retire and so resigned.
Its not encumbant on the Board of Directors to additionally, reward over and above the CEOs employment conditions, nor is it the CEOs right to demand extra when a xgratia offering did not materialise.
My guess is that pride over a disagreement gave way to a premature resignation that was accepted.
