    The closest we have to a "diligent investigative journalist" IMO is Chris Masters and given the applicability to police work of this tech he might be interested - anyone know how to contact him? if so suggest he join this website and the Yahoo one (the other option is a bit too "big brotherish" IMO) and draw his own conclusions..... A perspective on MST and EOS and their tribulations would be and interesting slant on how defense procurement works ...
