Article in Financial Review today says the deal with Broadband and Wireless is nearly complete.
There are some interesting facts coming out.
One of the directors of BWL is Michael Neistat whom followers of the VNA saga will remember as the founder of Skai computers (subsequently found to be a cash flow drain) and COO of VNA until he left.
The other fact which has come out is this, according to the Australian,
"Still, B&W remains a shadowy outfit. A search of Hong Kong's company register has not revealed any evidence of the company. New Tel director Gary Koh and B&W operate out of the same Hong Kong office. But B&W is effectively an Australian company. "

I think Gary Koh is the person who receives $150,000 per month to pay for his Hong Kong appartment, but I could be wrong.
