Ok, so I write a letter to the company, asking for the form, then I return the form with my cheque, then I wait for the cheque to clear through my bank account and then another week for the shares to appear on my account, and by then maybe the share price has dropped a fair bit? Or is there a much quicker and smarter way of doing it? Sorry for sounding ignorant, but I have never converted options to heads yet.
