Thanks for the information, that was exactly what I was asking about. Ok, so there are also a combination of planning ahead by asking for the form as soon as I have bought options and keeping those for when I want to convert to heads. Then if Bpay is not an option I can get a bank cheque to speed up clearance and use overnight mail. But it looks like it should still take a week or more to exercise a conversion.
