Has anyone ever hear of a story called never cry wolf?

Its about this kid who tricked people by pointing and calling out wolf wolf and scarring people, then when they look they don't find anything. Well the story goes that this kid done that a few times and people got sick of it, then one day a real wolf came and the kid yelled wolf wolf but the people didn't believe it and didnt bother looking. Anyway the wolf ate the kid at the end. The morel of the story is don't cry wolf.
The only difference with this story and LWP situation is that someone is playing this game now. Making people think LWP isnt worth looking at, he buys up cheaply then BAM price 7 cents in a few month and profits.
