You may be speaking prematurely and making an incorrect assumption. We don't know if the person you refer to wants their loan - they may be seeking something else altogether. I suggest you let the Administrator do his job, assess the financial strength & prospects of the company, then report back to all parties (to whom he is answerable, not just one). Who knows, MSO may be back on the ASX sooner than your post would suggest either in its present form or something else with very strong & commited owners working alongside a strenghthened refocused management team. The action of the past 2 days may be the best thing to ever happen to MSO.
