Per Se (http://www.perseny.com/) is a fantastic restaurant, if you've done well with your shares that is - very hard to get a booking.
Budakken (http://www.buddakannyc.com/), very hip crowd and food is suprisngly good too
I am envious Kevi, New York is a great city .. I wish I am back there !
