Yep, if they can get their house in order and be rid of this NME drama ….. then a hefty consolidation with some cash in the bank might breathe some new life into the company.
The burden of the current SOI is too much now.
They then would do best by making the first offer to existing shareholders and with perhaps generous options (post consolidation). They deserve it.
They will do themselves no favours if they raise money with entities that are interested in offloading their underwritten shares for pips.
