@Gregbenny91 It does tick a lot of boxes, and the permitting requirement is basically a forgone conclusion, if we go by past precedents anyway. I don't want to diminish the importance of this step, but from everything I've read it's not going to be their major challenge.

It really is a tempting opportunity, but being pre-construction I would be worried about their ability to control capital during the build and avoid delays and cost blow-outs. But again, if the deposit is as good as people say it is, some might argue as long as it gets built eventually, the bumps along the way will be insignificant.

But when I see weird s$$t going on like sponsoring a F1 team, you gotta' wonder if this deposit and the sh's deserve a better team themselves. Will continue to observe.
