    I just noticed ASX listed company VTX holdings, code VTX has agreed to acquire NexGen Networks, a provider of a software technology offering data speed increases and data volume reduction.

    Mobile device, IOS and android development due to start soon.

    Seems to be some overlap/competition with Zipt benefit of lower data usage.

    Keaton Wallace is listed as a non-Executive director.

    The announcement of the NexGen acquisition, 16 June, seems to occur at the same time as the ziptel price started falling. Is this a reason for the price slide?
