also NC said on 31 Jan 2013 "we anticipate having sufficient working capital through to positive cash flow, sufficient funds to meet capital expenditure requirements and a significant cash buffer to allow for unforeseen events. We are financially secure for the future."
but NOW, Not a lot of time left to Lynas, hopefully a dramatic change in the coming months would appear(cash inflow).
