That isn't really how "heavy hitters" who are going to enter the register for the medium to long term do things.
They are happy to pay a higher price if with it comes confirmation.
It simply isn't the case, as many believe, that institutional traders and investors who (by and large) are handling the funds of others in fiduciary capacity simply "fill their boots" willy nilly.
My other comment on this would be that there is more than enough doubt, disbelief and once-bitten-twice-shyness to go around.
Given the CEO's address, we can already assume all but certainly that 900-1000T has been produced and sold (to end December......but yes the ramp up to 11kt capacity is a question until Eric extinguishes that question.
Markets are forward looking in deed. But doubt while it remains will always be in the price too.
