I would like to see directors or Silviu adding to their holdings.
Also, The equity facility stated on 1 July 2016 concerns me a little in that if triggered would be share dilutive*
The company does have a significant Intellectual Property Portfolio of 728 patents or patent applications across 72 families
This needs to translate into a Partnership SOON.
Meanwhile the price will fluctuate. Stay Strong
*Equity Facility: A$60m and up to A$120 over 36 months via Kentgrove Capital in the form of share placements at Boards discretion according to Volume Weighted Average Price less 4.5% SHARE DILUTIVE (See extract of Announcement 1 July 2016) + 1,500,000 incentive rights
