When I read financial results accounted for over 10M in corporate overhead and consulting fees I sold my 300,000 shares somewhere mid 20's and have retained 100,000 to which I am down. Good speccy companies have very low non capital costs i.e. <1M and this is something I learnt on a few bad nuggets I invested in prior.
