Israel has to do something about the nuclear threats being aimed at it by Iran. How would we feel if Indonesia was building a-bombs and said to us "we will wipe Australia off the geographical scene". I would not just lie down and let that happen!
But don't worry, I hear that you only have the shake the enrichment plant to cause all 40,000 centrifuges to turn into a very very messy pulp. That alone would set Iran's nuclear enrichment plans back by 10 years.
A couple of bunker busters should do the trick I reckon. Israel wont even need the US to deliver that.
If Iran wants to attack back. How they going to do that with the US sitting in the middle knocking out any Iranian plains heading for Israel. So maybe things will settle down when they have no planes left.
