Interesting however I would think there's way more upside over 5 years for Peter to increase revenue's and profits given he already owns such a big amount of shares. Is it 200,000,000?
My maths can get the share price to 10 cents - those shares are worth $20m. If the share price goes to 20c it's $40m.
That's a much bigger incentive for Peter than to make $8m in interest over 5 years and then own 92% of a 0.1c stock.
