I've been on holiday - I'm not Bruce72 and I don't know them.
My logic is really just this:
Peter wouldn't bet $13.7m of his own money if he wasn't confident of getting it back. He's been. key in building the largest player in the broadcast world in Blackmagic Design, and he's clearly energised and motivated to do it again. They also hired the ex-head engineer of Blackmagic or head of software or something so they must have big plans.
They moved on Jeromy which it seems everyone on here is supportive of.
I got in cheap, it doesn't have to go up much for me to make a decent return. I get that a lot of people lost a lot on this stock hence the overly negative sentiment.
If AMS can drive revenue and profit with the new products whilst maintaining good sales of their historical technology then it's a long way towards turning it around.
Like I said, my speculative bet is on Peter more than the company...he's done it once and I am betting he can do it again
