Jerry, since when Peter has come to this company the SP has gone down more than 60% and it is now drowning in debt. If Peter had such transformational vision and grand plans for AMS why has everything gone from bad to worse?
I'll tell you why:
With the debt consolidation, that will eventually happen, when AMS cant service its debt commitments - he will end up owning 95%-98% of the company and the associated IP. That is a very cheap way to purchase a lot of IP and a company name that goes with it. Once that is done he will clean up the share register (wehre everyone will be in 99% lossses) via consolidation and move AMS back into privately listed entity and forgo the ASX listing entirely, the end.
