As of earlier this year PRR were trying to get approval in countries other than the US. The question is whether PRR is actually being active and agressive in pursuing these approvals, rather just talking about it.

It's possible this happens in the next 18 months, though the focus recently appears to have been gaining finance, and IND approval and Orphan status.

It's probably safe to say FDA approval is the major milestone, however any approvals from other countries will increase the SP. Some of the announcements by FER in the second half of this year are an example of this type thing.
