thanks for your response. your right, i cant read every thread that i in vest in but i was well aware of the CR and the dow but havnt aligned that too much as a reason. trading interest has waned a lot too. I would think that raising the CR would indeed lead to close acquisitions rather than just money in the bank to ensure safety for the EVE. Progress on existing ties seem to have stagnated also.

I had a target of far greater success with the attributes displayed some months ago. Seeing BAL recover and go the the moon was quite a turnaround. is our marketing a little short on direction? have we something to market?
