Well, an arrogant attitude from management tells me that things must be sweeter than we all know. It is human nature sometimes that when things are going good , the attitude seems to be one of a "cocky nature". If there was any thing a miss in the background, i'm sure any shareholder ringing the company would be treated with the most highest form of respect. So it could be a good thing if you think about it. (In saying that though, I hate arrogant people with a passion! lol...)
