It could be our time to witness VIL sp heading north, the testing should be very close and as reported on 18/1/10 the findings are very encouraging. This is a definate winner...so far Ann have been overall positive. Vil management really know what they are doing, the have built up a strong company base, the risk is low. Do your interpretations but VIL is real. Facts are crystal clear
