I don't believe that MST will have all that much of a problem...

I don't believe that MST will have all that much of a problem with the take up the rights issue. The question will be how much of the $1.7million will be scaled back.
I for one,with the ease of B-Pay have just taken up my entitlement plus extras which I believe others are also doing the same right now just before the 5pm cutoff. it's just normal not many like to part with there money until the last possible moment that they feel comfortable with.
As in anothers known words I have,I hold,I wait and wish MST and all shareholders the best of fortunes.
