Well if we are considering worst case scenarios for OBJ. What if something happened to Glen Denison or Jeff Edwards similar to when that Goodman Fielder executive died in an accident.
The first thing that would happen would be a trading halt and when it reopens the share price might tank regardless of the potential deals ahead!
What are others thoughts about OBJ having good succession planning for the business? Would P&G walk away in this scenario or try to take advantage of the situation to get a better deal for themselves?
Lets hope Glen or Jeff are not motorbike enthusiasts or the type to engage in risky activities at this critical stage.
