Personally I don't see a cash offer being made, but were one to be offered, I think maybe it'd be in conjunction with the 7 for 1 with say 50c - $1 as a sweetner.

I still believe FAS will get over the line in the next 4 to 8 weeks, without offering cash and then once they do, I think the sp will take off and make the 7 for 1 an attractive offer.

Only time will tell who's on the winning team, but I'm feeling pretty confident that FAS will be the eventual winner. But in all honesty, I think we'll all be winners regardless.
