Sid my take is ANP is not an investment company, if this company was a typical small cap ASX listed investment company your scenario would be the most expected route.

With ANP and this is my opinion only is that funds are getting tight, something needs to be done but this is still a fair way off within ANPs personal circumstances as they stand.

We have what might amount to an announcement that might have the ability to launch the stock coming up soon.....then before funds run out we may even see a fully fledged partnership arrangement...these two things could even be announced same day ( not probable but not impossible either).

So ATM until more information crosses my path the issue of a cap raising like an investment company would is to me dead in the water but not ignored obviously.
