I forgot to mention for u day traders. What are they smoking in suggesting settlement late January. Lawyers are on holidays no 1, these settlements never are straightforward, some issue will arise. Hence almost certainty no announcement, and as time passes investors will get nervous. Selling will start, and this will be good chance to accumulate. Then announcement will occur probably mid February.
As I don't day trade, I'm not into that approach. I'm focused on 1000% increase , not the 10 or 20 per cent.
